This is an exquisite 2pc dress jacket from the very late 1940s or very early 1950s by Mirsa, Italia. Note sure about the fabric, could be cotton blend in a fabulous lilac blue color. Padded shoulders. Pink satin lining. The dress closes with a back metal zipper. Both, jacket and dress have vertical waist seams on front and back, exquisite tailoring.
