This is a fabulous sweater from the 1950s by Ballantyne of Peebles, Scotland. 100% Pure cashmere in a glorious green forest color. Amazing shape with long sleeves and wide waistband.

Shoulders, seam to seam: 16" (40cm)
Armpit to armpit: 19" (48cm) - flat, unstretched
Sleeves: 25" (64cm)
Waist: 27" (68cm) - flat, unstretched

Fabric: 100% Pure cashmere
Condition: Fabulous condition with some small fixings: We had to make some stitches on the shoulders seams (view photos). Repair one super tiny hole on the front, completely invisible (view photo). A small fixing also on the right sleeve seam, this is not visible when worn (view photo). One small hole has been fixed on the back of the waistband (view photo). No other issues! This piece has been carfully hand washed and the cashmere fibers are in excellent shape, fluffy, soft and free of pilling. The color is solid. No holes, stains, etc.
