This is a truly gorgeous dress from the very late 1950s or very early 1960s by Maison de Bonneterie, Amsterdam. The fabric is top quality cotton in teal blue color with embroidered lines and some kind of snowflecks. She has a beautiful tailoring work and closes with a back metal zipper.
