
This is a truly exuberant dress from the early 1940s. The fabric is black crepe and has dozens of black beads crossing the dress diagonally from the chest to the bottom. She has an amazing crossed pleated chest design that brings this dress to the maximum expression of elegance. The cuffs have seams to make a lantern effect and the dress closes with side snap buttons. Padded shoulders. Matching belt.
