This is a stunning French couture dress from the very late 1940s or very early 1950s by Renée Fleurence, Riom (France). The fabric is high quality cotton with a precious abstract print. She has an exquisite design and a precious neckline. The waist has a delicious shape with all these vertical seams around it and this massive skirt is the most! The skirt also has two pockets.
Important: We are showing this dress with the zipper on the front though it might look weird at first sight, here is why. Initially we thought the zipper will go on the back as it usually happens. But then we noticed that the bust seams were on the side of the zipper (so on the back?), and, moreover, the direction of the pockets goes also to the side of the zipper. There could be the possibility that the pieces of the dress have been assembled incorrectly (?). But since this is a couture dress and there's a label, means that this dress was totally finished and checked before getting sold, so we assume it was designed that way.
