This is a stunning German skirt from the late 1940s or very early 1950s. The fabric is a top quality black linen with a fabulous novelty print with ancien buildings, traditional dancers, fruits and other items. Amazing graphics and colors! She closes with hooks and a metal OPTI zipper.
