This is a superb dress from the early 1940s. The fabric is black crepe and it has a black cotton floral lace front panel. She has a beautiful pleated shoulders design and a set of decorative buttons. This dress is zipperless and it originaly had a belt to adjust the waist. Note that it has been pined to show fit.
