This is a fabulous dress from the 1940s. The fabric is black crepe with rare and hyper-cool black silk fringes on the sleeves and pockets. The neckline is so chic! Beautiful black glass buttons on the front. Stunning cut with bat-sleeves and a precious design with seams between the pockets. She closes with side hooks.
