This is a true stunning dress from the late 1940s or very early 1950s. The fabric is grey and black satin with black and gold lurex thread. Spectacular collar with black velvet border. Two pockets. She closes with a big front button, a side metal zipper and a matching belt. This dress has no label but it is not homemade.

Condition: Fabulous condition with signs of use and age. No important problems at all but the gold thread shows some wear on the shoulders and armpit areas because of the friction (view photo), no dramatic at all. There is a reinforcement strip on the inside of the back but there is no visible damage on the outside (view photo). No holes, sweat marks, fading, etc. We have cleaned this piece and it is ready to wear!
