This is a gorgeous skirt from the 1940s. Classic elastic waistband. The fabric is cotton with the Victory Days colors.

Length: 27" (69cm) + 2" (4cm) hem to let down
Sweep, flat side to side: 44" (112cm)

Condition: Very good condition with signs of use. It has a tiny hole (view photo) and very few spots/tiny stains (view last photos). No major issues!
