Our customers within 14 calendar days of receipt of the order may cancel the order in full by sending an email to fuchsvintage@gmail.com notifying the cancellation which must reflect as a matter: Order cancellation notice. After receiving your email canceling the order, we will send the Customer an email with the cancellation number.

The cancellation fee is applicable as long as the items are returned in the same conditions in which the Customer received them, together with their complete original packaging, labels, and any other accessories related to them. The only address where the articles will be received will be:

We recommend that the Customer use a secure and follow-up method for sending the canceled order, as the Customer will be responsible for any damage caused to the items until we receive it. It is also recommended that the Customer keep the receipt of the shipment of the canceled order, in the event of possible events.

Upon receipt in the warehouse of the canceled order, we will determine if the items we have received are in the same condition in which they were sent to you. Items that have been returned damaged, incomplete, damaged, used, dirty, or out of time will not be refunded and will be made available to the sending Customer and forwarded to postage due. If the conditions set out above are met with regard to deadlines, communications and, where applicable, the status of the items, the amount of the order to the customer will be refunded within a period not exceeding 30 days.

The amounts paid for those products that are returned due to a defect or defect, when it actually exists, will be refunded in full, including delivery costs incurred to deliver the item. The return will be made on the same means of payment that was used to pay for the purchase. The rights recognized by current legislation are safe.
