This is a gorgeous dress from the 1940s. The fabric is rayon with a nice white print over navy blue. She has a fabulous gathering all over the chest, shoulders, hips and cuffs. Precious sleeves with narrow cuffs closing with snap-buttons. The dress also close with side snap-buttons. The dress might seem short for its period, perhaps it has made for a not very tall woman. Please check the measurements properly as this dress was clearly custom made and the measurements are not standard.
