This is a stunning Parisian blouse from the late 1940s or very early 1950s by V.M, Paris. The fabric is a very nice black and green satin. Exquisitely tailored with precious vertical waist seams and dramatic puffed sleeves. The collar and neckline are the most! Pay attention to the collar we shoe it with a pin, but it has two button-holes that probably were to tie the collar with a piece of black fabric like the ones you can see on the sleeves.
