This is an exquisite blouse from the late 1940s or very early 1950s. The fabric is a very nice white silk crepe. She has a beautiful collar and a fabulous front design with pleates and waves. Precious cuffed sleeves. Mother of pearl buttons. Vertical waist seams on the back.
