Here we have a gorgeous dress from the late 1940s or very early 1950s. The remains of a label are still there (view photo) but unfortunately there is no way to find out who was the maker. The fabric is cotton in rosewood/burgundy with black. She has a beautiful collar and sleeves. Two flap pockets. It has shoulder-pads. Closes with a side metal zipper. What a piece!
