This is a superb dress from the 1930s. The fabric is black silk crepe with satin collar. She has a sober design but extremely elegant. A subtle gathering on the shoulders and a fabulous bakelite buckle. The cuffs close with snap buttons but they have satin decorative buttons. Same on the back and she also closes with a side metal zipper.
