This is a truly superb dress with vest/bolero from the very late 1930s or very early 1940s. The fabric is black silk crepe. She has an exquisite design with a fabulous collar and a fabulous front pleated bottom. The buttons are very peculiar and beautiful. The waist can be adjusted with a belt. Padded shoulders. The vest/bolero is very unsual when it comes to long sleeves dresses, so this is a rarity! She closes with a side metal zipper.
