This is a fabulous cape coat from the late 1930s or very early 1940s. The fabric is ruffled wool in dark blue. She has an amazing back with long vertical seams. Very nice collar closing with three buttons with a shining lucite rhinestone. Bell sleeves. Padded shoulders. Two pockets. Rayon silk lining.
