This is a true fabulous long coat from the early 1920s by Fabriques Françaises, Reims (France). The black fabric is plush velvet (a very early German made velvet) of the highest quality and the collar and cuffs are fur, probably mouton, it is super soft. The lining is silk and closes with a big button made in Paris. Exquisite tailoring and based on the label and the materials, without any doubt this is a top quality garment with a century of history.

Condition: Amazing condition considering her age! It has a 3.5" (9cm) repair on the sleeve seam, not noticiable when worn (view photo). The lining of right armpit has a couple of rips and the left one has two small ones (view photo). The lining is full of spots and a watermark on the very bottom (view photos). No other issues! The velvet and the fur are in mint condition and the visible face of the coat has no damage.
