This is an exquisite dress from the 1930s. Black lace with precious velvet roses decorating the neckline and also a beautiful piece of black velvet wraps around the entire waist and falls from the hip to the bottom. TClassic 1930s sleeves with narrow cuffs closing with snaps. All inner seams are hand-sewn.
