Beautiful 1950s Pringle of Scotland turtleneck, knitted in exceptionally soft 100% pure cashmere in a deep charcoal grey.
A wonderfully understated piece, with a fitted silhouette, long slender sleeves and a high roll neck. The wide ribbed waistband gives the sweater its characteristic mid-century shape, gently defining the waist while keeping the rest of the knit beautifully simple.
Made in Scotland and finished with the classic period Pringle label bearing the Royal Warrant to H.M. The Queen, an especially lovely detail on an otherwise very restrained design.
A timeless piece of 1950s Scottish knitwear — elegant, beautifully made and remarkably wearable today.
