This is a precious dress from the very late 1950s or very early 1960s. Judging by the brand of the zipper (RIES) this is a German dress. The fabric is soft barkcloth/cotton in navy blue with white polkadots. She has an incredibly exquisite neckline and collar design. She closes with a matching belt and a side metal zipper.
