This is an amazing and rare to find dress from the late 1940s or very early 1950s. The fabric is cotton that feels like lightweight denim. Fabulous colors and an even more fabulous look! Precious sailor collar and two massive pockets. She closes with a side metal zipper.

Shoulders seam to seam: 16" (40cm)
Armpit to armpit: 18" (46cm)

Shoulder to waist: 14.5" (37cm) - note that even if this is a bit short for you, it will look great with a belt. Our dummy is size small and the dress looks amazing on it.
Waist to bottom: 22" (56cm), not enough hem to let down
Length: 36.5" (93cm)
Sweep, taken flat side to side: 39" (100cm)
Fabric: Cotton, metal zipper
Condition: This dress is in fabulous condition but it has a couple of things:
- The bottom hem has let down and the mark of the original sewing is visible (view photos). Not dramatic though, but the marks are there.
- It has a small water stain (see photo) and three tiny spots (see photo), both to the bottom of the skirt
- One tiny hole (see photo)
