This is a fabulous blouse from the late 1950s or very early 1960s in deadstock condition by Isidore Andre, France. The fabric is white heavy rayon or linen. She has a super cute chest pocket with an embroidered Seahorse! Very nice collar and sleeves. She closes with front buttons. Tag reads size 40.
