This is an outstanding dess from the late 1930s or super early 1940s. The bodice is fully made with precious floral lace and the bottom is satin silk. Whoever made this dress was an incredible tailor or seamstress as the quality of this garment is amazing. Closing with a long set of front loop buttons and a side metal zipper. Superb padded shoulders. The hips are decorated with pleats and the back has a V cut framed on a beautiful peplum. This piece is hand finished and defenitely a high quality antique garment. It could be a bridal dress.
