This is a truly stunning dress from the late 1930s or very early 1940s. The fabric is black rayon crepe with an amazing see-through floral front design. Everything on that dress is beatiful, the padded shoulders, the bows with rhinestone embellishers, the gathering on front and back. She closes with a back metal zipper and the cuffs close with loop buttons. Wow!
