This is a fabulous dress from the late 60s by Vera Mont, Paris. Stunning realistic rose print over solid black. The fabric is sheer polyester with the print in viscose. Inner body (lining) in satin. Massive balloon sleeves. Long zipper. All hems are hand stitched.
