This is a super rare and fabulous dress from the late 1950s or very early 1960s by Confezione di Lusso. The fabric is pink and white cotton vichy with a super unusual print in solid black, it is a train with hearts instead of smoke. It closes with buttons on the back and it has a matching belt. Calling all collector's!
