This is a stunning dress from the late 1950s or very early 1960s by Blanes, London. The fabric is top quality black velvet, extremely soft! She has an spectacular bust design with black lace. Couldn't be more elegant! She closes with a back zipper and a hook. Fully lined, the skirt is lined with paper.
