This is a stunning blouse from the 1940s in deadstock condition by En relief, Paris. The fabric is some kind of dacron or satin in blue with textured cotton white stripes. She has a truly spectacular design with massive puffed shoulders. Closes with beautiful pearl buttons. Vertical waist seams.
