This is a truly stunning dress from the very late 1940s or early 1950s. The fabric is soft wool probably mixed with rayon, super nice touch. Its cut is simply stunning. Precious collar and bodice with vertical seams from lower bust to hips, in the front and in the back. Meant to worn it tight on the waist to make the bust and hips more prominent. Two pockets. Closes with a long metal zipper on the back. Hems are hand-sewn. This is NOT a home-made dress.
