This is a super gorgeous jumper from the late 1940s or early 1950s by Pringle, Scotland - producing for Bonwit Teller, New York. 100% Cashmere in a midnight dark blue color. Fabulous Sailor's collar with a little bow. Wide waistband. Tag reads size 40. This is the highest quality of cashmere, extremely soft.
