This is a super gorgeous blouse from the very late 1930s or early 1940s. The fabric is crepe in navy blue with a beautiful print with white ribbons. The cut is just exquisite with a precious pleated design on the hips. Puff sleeves/shoulders. Closing with loop buttons and a side metal zipper. So gorgeous!
